Our mission is to foster a nurturing environment to support you in developing a reconnection to your inner knowingness and your ability to self-heal, allowing you to achieve purpose and fulfillment in life.
Through energy work, verbal counseling, tapping, growth and transformation coaching, community, meditation, and mindfulness, we strive to help others develop and maintain a deep state of serenity and ease for mind, body, and spirit.

Polarity Therapy is a comprehensive treatment that incorporates energy healing, hands on manipulations of the body, nutritional counseling based in Ayurvedic teachings, stretching techniques, and verbal counseling.
*We use a hyphenated variation of the word “disease.” The term dis-ease is used by individuals and healing communities who are aligned with wellness, choosing not to empower health issues by focusing on a particular ailment. The intent is to place emphasis on the natural state of “ease” being imbalanced or disrupted.
