Caroline Murphy, MSW, LCSW, EPP, RMT, IET
I am Caroline and I am the owner of Soul Star Holistic Healing. It was through my own healing journey that I became deeply connected to all forms of energy work. Years into working as a substance abuse and mental health therapist and having tried multiple forms of therapy myself, I was feeling drawn to connect to more holistic modalities to help myself and others heal in mind, body, and spirit, treating the whole person not just one part. The universe answered my call for change and guided me to practice polarity therapy, reiki, and other forms of energy healing in addition to traditional psychotherapy. These sacred practices have helped me grow as an individual and have also allowed me to continue working as a therapist from a heart centered space.
I have learned that to become a “healer," I must first heal myself, and that the healing process is ongoing. I define being a "healer" as being the catalyst to another’s ability to self-heal.
I believe that working through our pain and challenges allows our souls to grow and transform. We are all resilient and energy work can help unlock our inner wisdom and our ability to align with our brightest versions of ourselves.
I am honored to be able to offer to others the same tools and support that had such a positive impact on my life. I am here to be present and hold space for the beautiful souls who choose to walk down their healing path.

Experience and Training
Caroline is a Substance Abuse and Mental Health Therapist, receiving her Master’s in Clinical Social Work with a concentration in Mental Health from Boston College in 2015. Caroline is a certified Polarity Therapist recognized by the International Polarity Education Alliance as an Energy Principles Practitioner, and studied Polarity Therapy and the science of energy under Grace Harrington Murdoch at Four Directions Integrative Health from 2019-2020, graduating in December 2020.
Caroline received her Reiki Master Teacher certification and attunement from Four Directions Integrative Health in 2020 and has studied under several Reiki Master Teachers over the years since 2018. She also has years of experience working with crystals, aromatherapy, and sound healing using singing bowls, tuning forks, and toning.
With the support of her angels and guides, Caroline serves others through providing energy work, intuitive guidance, verbal counseling, mental health and holistic wellness coaching, and spiritual support to promote internal healing and wellness. She has also studied, practiced, and offers individual and group meditation sessions and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) "Tapping" sessions.
Caroline is excited to be offering workshops and hosting circles to share her knowledge, light a path towards spiritual growth, and to teach others how to heal so that we may raise our vibration and connection to divine love as a collective.
